This hotel is truly unique, with its beautiful location next to a small park and surrounded by modern skyscrapers. the rooms are a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern facilities. the bathrooms are fantastic, with beautiful wooden baths that add to the traditional vibe. the service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond.

For a 5-star hotel, the communication in English could be improved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 5, star hotel and it was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, the exclusive amenities provided completely fulfilled my expectations. the room advantages were impressive, with a comfortable bed, immaculate cleanliness, and state, of, the. the restaurant offered a fantastic culinary experience with delicious dishes and special diet menus. the Garden area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for a morning stroll.

While the room itself was exceptional, I would have appreciated having a bathtub or Jacuzzi for a more indulgent experience.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the unique architecture that made me feel as if I was experiencing authentic Korean culture. the location was superb, and I was able to access a bus conveniently that took me to the nearby airport. What stood out most was the exceptional service of the staff who were warm and welcoming.

My only disappointment was the room's temperature, which was too high and difficult to regulate. Despite the staff's effort to upgrade my room and extend my check-out time to ensure I had quality sleep, the temperature issue remained unsolved.

the solution provided by the hotel staff wasn't satisfying at all, causing us to keep our belongings tightly zipped up.
